Return & Exchange Policy

At Suvastra, we are committed to providing quality products.

- We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

- Exchanges are only available if the product received is defective or damaged.

- To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect washing are not eligible for exchange.

- Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or store credit at our discretion.

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
